The competition is organized by Maximum Business Kft., company reg.no.: 01-09-330843, registered office: H-1156 Budapest, Nádastó Park 35. fsz. 2/A., tax number: 26536077-2-42 (hereinafter: the Organizer).

1. Launch of the competition:

On the website www.eshopaward.com, and our Eshop Award 2023 social media pages.

2. How to enter the competition:

The competition is open to any online store domiciled in Hungary that match the rules. An exception to this is any online shop that has a business, family or other personal relationship with the Organizer or its employees. All entrant websites proven to be affiliated with the Organizer or its employees will be immediately removed from the list of entrants by the Organizer without justification. Entering is free but subject to registration (www.eshopaward.com).

3. Registration period:

The competition starts on 05/06/2023. The organizer can accept applications until 01/09/2023, only by filling in the application form at www.eshopaward.com.

4. Awards of the competition:

Based on the decision of an independent, professional jury, the first three winners will be awarded. The jury will decide in taking into account the following:

• user-friendly operability
• creativity, innovation
• special marketing and sales solutions
• practicalness, transparency
• special customer management solutions, communication
• exclusive services
• special logistics solutions
• web ergonomy
• design, graphic solutions
• cart value increase techniques

Along with the Eshop Award, valuable prizes will be presented, offered to the winners by the sponsors of the Competition based on the results announced by the jury. Sponsors will be informed of the final result only and exclusively after the final has been decided. Accordingly, sponsors have no say whatsoever in who will win the prize they offer, nor do they have any way of knowing. The Organizer does not have any information about the prizes offered by the sponsors before the final is decided and has no control over them. Sponsors will decide on the fees they offer, taking into account their own business interests.

5. The judging process:

The stores registered in the competition will be judged by an independent professional jury, based solely on professional criteria. Only professionals with the required professional experience and meeting the criteria for the jury are eligible to serve on the jury. In order to preserve the fairness of the competition, the jurors shall always respect the instructions for judging, in particular that if they have to evaluate a shop whose owner or employees they have a business, family or other personal relationship with, they shall report the shop to the Organizer, who will then block the possibility of this juror scoring for this shop. Due to the scoring system, which is based on a unique algorithm, the interests or chances of winning of the participating webshops shall not in any way be harmed nor increased. The judges may not request, receive or accept any information from the Organizer regarding the stores, including whether or not the store has purchased a marketing package during the competition.

6. Announcement of the results:

The top three winners of the Eshop Award 2023 will be selected by an independent professional jury. The location of the judging will be published after September 1, 2023, it will take place on September 15, 2023.

The prizes and winnings will be presented to the winners at the awarding gala by representatives of the sponsors and the management of Maximum Business Kft., the details of which will be communicated to those interested.

The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Competitor. The Organizer requires no personal data for entering, nonetheless if an entrant does provide such data, the Organizer will use the entrant’s personal data solely for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. After notification or delivery of the prize, electronic files containing personal data will be deleted or destroyed immediately. The data will not be disclosed to any other third party without the data owner’s prior information and consent, except in cases provided for by law.

In view of the voluntary nature of the data, provided by the data owners themselves, the data owners’ consent to the processing of the data in accordance with these terms and conditions of participation shall be deemed to be given on the basis of their participation.

The data subject may request the deletion or modification of his or her personal data, or request information about the data processed, by postal mail to Maximum Business Kft., HU-1156 Budapest Nádastó park 35. fszt. 2/A.and by e-mail to hello@azevwebshopja.hu, in the manner and under the conditions specified in the Data Protection Legislation.
